- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A mistake was made in my filing and it cost me 390.00 in fines. This H&R Block office has acknowledged that they made the mistake but are not standing by their guarantee. It has been 6 months and no refund for me yet. Complaints were made to H&R. Block corporate offices as well as the BBB. How disappointing.
